Key West Slow Season

During the slow season in Key West, a few restaurants close for various reasons every year.

It could be for yearly staff breaks or vacations, time off to recoup and regroup, construction and maintenance issues, dodging hurricane season, or just because it is the slowest time of the year.

I have seen people ask which places do this, so I thought I would write this post. Remember, it is the low, slow, and off-season in Key West.

Here is a list of those who are shutting down that I am aware of. Many establishments will remain open, so you needn’t worry too much.
