Key West Happy Hour Food Guide

The Key West Happy Hour Food Guide covers 70+ bars and restaurants across the island with times, food and drink specials, addresses, and a custom map, all updated for 2026. It’s the shortcut past the research, straight to the part where you’re sitting somewhere with a cold drink and a conch fritter in front of you.

What makes Key West happy hour worth planning for is the food. You’re getting half-price tapas at Martin’s, half-off sangria by the glass at Santiago’s Bodega, peel-and-eat Key West pinks at Pepe’s for 50% off, and fresh ceviche at The Docks. Happy hour here is dinner with a discount, if you know where to go.

Always confirm details with each spot before you head out. Specials change and hours shift; Key West restaurants operate on island time. Tip your servers. Enjoy responsibly. 🌴☀️🐓

A Few to Start With

With 70+ options on the list, here are a few personal favorites worth putting near the top of yours.

Martin’s serves a German-influenced tapas menu at half off during happy hour. The grilled lamb chops and shrimp and scallop skewer are the ones to get. Signature martinis are half off too.

Grand Cafe is half off food and drinks during happy hour. The back bar has a quieter feel if you want to step away from the Duval Street bustle. The steamed clams and beef carpaccio are personal favorites.

Santiago’s Bodega sits in Bahama Village, quieter than Duval, with phenomenal sangria and a full hot and cold tapas menu that pairs well with happy hour drink pricing. Reservations are a good idea.

Two Friends is a sought-out happy hour with live music, locals, and regulars. Drinks are cheap. The smoked fish dip, conch fritters, and hot steamed shrimp by the half or full pound are the food draws.

The Docks on Stock Island keeps it simple with a short seafood menu overlooking the water. The oysters, ceviche of the day, and peel-and-eat Key West pinks are why you go.

Planning Where to Stay in Key West

If you are still figuring out where to stay, I recommend booking earlier rather than later, especially during busy seasons and events.

Old Town is usually best if you want to walk to restaurants, bars, sunsets, and most of the fun. If beaches are more your thing, you may prefer staying closer to Smathers or Higgs Beaches.
