The evening will begin with a Champagne Kiss, then an amuse of your choice. Aphrodisiac-friendly West Coast Baked Oysters or a Breaded Beef Short Rib.

The Oysters are Motoyaki Style with a Pineapple Relish. The Short Rib has Pickled Shallot and Chimichurri.

The Wine Pairing option is Studio by Miraval, Rosé — Côtes de Provence, France

Next, it’s on to the appetizers with intriguing options like Beetroot and Tuna Tartare, Gin & Tonic Cured Salmon, or Strawberry and Rose Petals Salad.

The Tuna dish has an Avocado Mousse, Crispy Corn Tortilla, Sesame Seeds, and Micro Greens. The Salmon offering is prepared with Horseradish Crema, Salmon Roe, Homestead Oranges, Apple & Fennel Salad. Finally, the Strawberry Salad comes with a House Made Labneh, Pistachios, and a Balsamic & Pomegranate Molasses Dressing.

The main courses come out next, including choices of the Center Cut Beef Tenderloin, a Florida Black Grouper, or Hearts of Palm Risotto.

The Tenderloin is prepared with a Cajun & Crab Butter, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus & Black Peppercorn Sauce. The Grouper features a Mint and Green Pea Puree, Confit Shallots, Passion Fruit Sauce, and Malanga Chips.
